The Tun Sakaran Museum is named after Tun Dr Sakaran Dandai who was Sabah’s former Chief Minister and Head of State. The land of which the museum is built on, was also donated to by Tun for the Museum to build this commemorative site.
The ground floor of the museum contains more exhibit information on Tun himself and his contribution as a community leader and on the first floor, are exhibits of culture and historical information of Semporna and the community.
Free admission. The museum is opened daily
Mon – Fri from 8am to 5pm
Sat – Sun from 9am to 5pm
